Hiking The Narrows in Zion National Park. One of the Top Hikes in the United States. We hiked The Narrows in Zion in mid March with cold snow melt requiring neoprene gear (shoes/wet suit) and poles that we rented at the Zion Outfitters near the entrance to Zion National Park. Water was cold and deep in a few spots in The Narrows! Much of the hike though was fine. Our feet still were cold even with neoprene socks and boots from the cold water (in the 40s). Warning: There are lots of signs about flash floods and the need to be aware of weather. Do not hike The Narrows with potential rain in the forecast. Prior to hiking, we talked with the Park Rangers at the visitor center regarding weather forecast and water flow in the Virgin River. . #hiking #zion #thenarrows #zionnationalpark #hike #hikingadventures #travel #slotcanyon
