#JoonesAdventuresMC #advrider #F750GS On my ride on the Norwegian TET I decided to buy me some beter boots. I had thought about it for a time but was a little concerned about the gear lever. I had dreaded about people that got problem to shift gear after they had changed boots to more adventure suited boots. On the F750GS and probably even the F850GS there is not much space between the foot peg and the shifter so it can be hard to fit a boot with a higher toe box. The shifter also sits very close to the engine so there's not much space for adjustment, but its possible to do som small adjustment so I decided to try before I buy aftermarket parts. In this video I try to show how I did the adjustment. If you have problem to fit your boots between the shifter and the foot peg you can try to do this adjustment. On my latest trip to Norway I had my new boots and it was no big problem to change gear. Off course it can be other advantages with a aftermarket lever, but this can be a good start so you are able to shift gear easier on your F750/850GS
