Simple ingredients, slow simmered for deep taste — true comfort food! 🍅 Ingredients: 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 tbsp grated garlic 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 jar tomato purée (700 g) 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil ½ tsp sugar Salt & black pepper to taste 1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing) 1 pack spaghetti Fresh parsley (chopped) Parmesan cheese (for garnish) 🧑🍳 Instructions: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. Stir in grated garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and mix well. Pour in tomato purée, then add oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir, cover, and let simmer on low heat for at least 20 minutes. In another pot, boil water with 1 tbsp salt and cook spaghetti until al dente. Add one ladle of pasta water to the sauce.
