John Napolitano here with you at top trading pros. I am the options instructor here, and for those of you who don't know me, I just want to introduce myself. I hope everybody's having a great day today. If you're watching this, please like and subscribe our channel, we make plenty of free content, and obviously we are here to educate and to help you guys. So any feedback or anything that you guys might want to talk about or discuss, please let us know in the comments. So one of the topics I want to talk about today is how to screen for opportunity. Recently, the markets have taken a little bit of a dive, but actually only a dive in certain groups. The Nasdaq has been very strong this year, and now all of a sudden, major institutions and hedge funds are deciding to unwind that trade and put money in other places. So the question is, what are the places, where are, where is the money going? And what are some of the stocks you should be looking at? So for those of you who might be frustrated the last couple of weeks as to their performance, because some of the names that have worked so well this year are no longer working, this is the way to screen for opportunities. We talk about this all the time in our community. We have a weekly process that we go through. I like to look at the overall markets, then I go down to the sectors, and then from the performing or underperforming sectors, I pick either my long ideas or my short ideas. It's a pretty methodical process. It takes only about ten minutes or so, sometimes a little longer, depending on what you're looking for. But I'm going to show you a simple way to do this. This way you can potentially find good opportunities at the right time. So without any further ado, I'm going to jump right into it and share my screen with you. Here we go. This is finviz.com for those of you who aren't familiar with it and Finviz, I have the elite version, which is about $30 a month or so, something like that. You do not have to spend $30 a month if you don't want to. A lot of the features I'm about to show you, I would say most of them are free. So you don't have to worry about spending the money unless you want the extra service because they do offer a lot of extra stuff.
