I am a hand sharpener. I love whetstones. I want to know more about every facet of knife sharpening. Commercial knife sharpening can be done fast and efficiently on a belt sander. There's a link below to it. We will do a review on it in the future. Today we are using two knives made of VG10 steel. I want to see how little work we have to do to get these knives sharp. In the future, I will try to make a knife is sharp as I can using these materials and techniques. Right now we're just exploring every option.
