Testing to see if a given vector is in the null space of the matrix or not is easy, one just has to compute the matrix-vectors product Ax. If the resulting vector is the all-zero vector, the vector is in the null space. If it is not the all-zero vector, it is not in the null space. This video example works with two different vectors x. We find that one of these vectors is not in the null space while the other one is.
