Ms. Crystal, the receptionist at the front desk, welcomed us and discussed the resort's available services, facilities, and guest amenities with another round of welcome drinks. Mr. AJ, the guest experience manager, likewise welcomed and assisted us even with our complimentary shuttle service schedule going to and from the D"MALL. The managers and the hotel staff's gracious and hospitable welcoming gestures in answering our needs from check-in until check-out made us feel comfortable and at home. We were accommodated in a Classic Queen Room with a balcony, a view of lush greenery, and a sea view. We were also welcomed with personalized greeting cards and sweet treats. Our room is spotlessly clean and neat. It has a soft, comfortable bed with bedside lamps, tables, and a large throw pillow that adds elegance to the room. It matches the design of the overhead board with backlights that brighten the bedroom. The room has a working desk, a mirror, an LED TV, a mini-ref, and a one-sitter sofa chair in a corner that makes a comfortable reading spot. The toilet and bath are spacious, with bath linens, supplies, and toiletries. Sweet tooth is inherent in most of us, and we can not do without sweet treats. This exciting event is the CHOCOLATE HOUR, a daily afternoon chocolate affair at The CAFE from 3 PM to 4 PM as a welcome treat to the hotel's guests.
