Stock levels remain tight, particularly for established homes. Days on market are shortening in high-demand suburbs. Investors are becoming more active as rental markets remain extremely tight. These conditions are typical of a strengthening autumn market, where pricing pressure begins appearing in the most desirable suburbs first. 🏙️ Where Competition Is Rising Fastest Sydney: Competition is increasing across middle-ring suburbs offering a balance of affordability and connectivity. Homes near transport, schools, and lifestyle amenities are attracting the most interest, with multiple-buyer situations becoming more common. Melbourne: Melbourne continues to gain momentum.
