He is also actively engaged in professional societies, including his initiative to organize the international conference “Geomandu.” On the other hand, Er. Kalpana Adhikari stands as a leading figure in Nepal’s infrastructure development. Currently serving as Senior Divisional Engineer at the Department of Roads, she has led several National Pride projects, including the Nagdhunga Tunnel, Pushpalal (Mid-Hill) Highway, and the Kaligandaki Corridor Road Project. Recognized for her dedication and integrity, she was awarded the Integrity Icon Award 2022 and the Young Researcher’s Award 2018 by the Nepal Geotechnical Society.
