The ruling NRM party leadership has resolved to challenge the outcome of the Kawempe North by-election in court. A day after the Electoral Commission declared Erias Nalukoola Luyimbazi as the MP-elect for the constituency, NRM Secretary General Richard Todwong stated that they are displeased with the realization that votes from some parts of Kawempe North were not considered.
