#18 - Scuba diving with backmount independent doubles with standard right hand k valves

This video describes how to dive with backmount doubles when there are none using standard AL80 tanks with right hand k valves. This procedure is an advanced technique only suitable for divers who are certified in both backmount doubles and sidemount. If you are not trained, qualified, and proficient in both backmount doubles and sidemount, you should not dive this system. To use this setup safely, you must be able to do valve drills for backmount doubles and be able to monitor gas pressures and switch regulators in the same manner as in sidemounting. This method is obviously not as preferred as manifolded doubles, nor independent doubles diving with left / right modular valves, but can be utilized when no other option is available.
