DMR Tier 1/Digital PMR446 listening on DP4800

Receiving what I believe to be some builders, in London. They also have some channels with cranes operating on. All of their radios use colour code 1, talkgroup 1 and have an ID of 1. I have looked on the internet and the only radios that I can see that are currently for sale, and are DMR Tier 1 are the Hytera ones, so I believe they must be using them. (See here: http://www.dmrtier1.com/en/ ) It wasn't too difficult to set the radio up to receive this. I first heard it on my scanner, so I started up the computer to use DMRdecode and WinDSD to get the group and colour code details. Also you can see in this video that it is entirely possible to listen to Tier 1 DMR radios using a tier 2 radio. It is also possible to talk back to them from a tier 2 radio, although I didn't try to talk to these guys. Please note that there are two different digital standards allowed to be used on the PMR446 license free band. One of them is DMR Tier 1 and the other is dPMR, which is a 6.25KHz FDMA standard. This video only shows DMR tier 1. This clip is in Albanian language.
