Grilled Seafood Ingredients: • Octopus • Onion • Carrot • Celery • Clams • Mussels • Shellfish • Olive oil • Garlic • Chili pepper • Parsley • White wine • Bread • Shrimp • Langoustines • Lobster • Lemon • Fish stock Instructions: 1. Rinse clams, mussels, and shellfish with salt and soak them in water. 2. Gradually submerge the octopus in water so it curls its tentacles. Add white onion, carrot, and celery, and cook until done. 3. Prepare the lobster by cleaning it and steaming it. Then, cut the lobster meat. 4. Slice the bread, drizzle with olive oil, and grill it. 5. Sauté shrimp and langoustines in olive oil with garlic and chili pepper. We will use this mixture for the next steps. 6. Place mussels in a baking dish, add parsley and white wine. Once cooked, remove the mussels and replace them with clams and shellfish. 7. Add fish stock to the broth from the shellfish. 8. Assemble the dish. In the baking dish, layer the toasted bread, then add clams, mussels, shellfish, shrimp, octopus tentacles, and pour the broth sauce over everything.
