Since that time I have strived to do my very best in order to make the mods as clean and crisp as possible whilst maintaining a simple yet effective mod that does what it’s supposed to do – put out vapour! Big Dan (aka: ‘Burn’) has recently joined my side and we’ve turned what was once known simply as ‘FROSTBOX’ into ‘FROSTBOX INDUSTRIES’. The website is now live and is an easy way for people to get in touch with us and to also check out any updates via the ‘News’ tab. An e-commerce section will soon be introduced to the ‘Store’ tab which should allow vapers to purchase any of our current (and future) products. New candy colours are now available. These colours are as follows: Ube - (Candy Purple) Blue Moon - (Candy Blue) Honey Drizzle - (Candy Orange) Raspberry Ripple - (Candy Magenta) Champagne Wafer - (Chrome with a Clear Candy coating) Maraschino Cherry - (Candy Red) Each candy is a two-stage process. Firstly there is a chrome undercoat which is partly cured Before the second layer – a clear, tinted candy coat – is applied. The two paints intertwine under heat and form a hard-wearing, effective layer which is simply unrivalled when compared to any traditional wet paint system. All of the magnets are totally new and offer nickel-copper-nickel plating for non-tarnishing which looks much better than the previous versions. We’re now using a new 510 connector known as ‘Source’. This new design ups the traditional 10mm threading with a 12mm core that sports a fantastic set of features. Each 510 connector has an inner PTFE core which will never break under load. This core is retained via a small cir-clip so there’s never going to be a chance of it falling away from its housing. Even if a vaper has a longer-protruding centre pin, this connector will not break and can withstand pretty much anything you’d care to screw onto the top – 510-related of course. New sleds have finally landed. Each one is made with better materials and is comprised of a clear, see-thru acrylic-like exterior which fits the whole ‘frost’ theme well. The design of the lolly pop logo has been tweaked (a BIG shout out to the amazing Nikki Hunter would be GREATLY appreciated) and there are also a few new round logos inside the mod with the FBI logo on. The old, lacquered paper sled polarity stickers have been replace with an all-plastic vinyl version which should not get soaking wet if any e-liquid comes into direct contact. We have also created a disclaimer card (in orange) which will come with every FROSTBOX purchased. This outlines the basics of the device as well as our terms. There is also a secondary card which is to keep in your wallet or purse and gives details about our website and contact details. The drawstring bags are soon to be replaced with black, foam-lined plastic cases which will further protect the mod if the vaper wishes to take them on a long journey.
