At HUBMASTER®, we specialize in advanced material handling solutions designed for flexibility, reliability, and maximum space utilization. Our systems are deployed worldwide across a wide range of industries, offering unmatched accessibility, modularity, and cost efficiency. In this video, we showcase our multi-aisle stacker crane operating in a double-deep pallet configuration using telescopic forks—a unique feature that enables high-density storage while maintaining direct access to all pallet positions. Unlike traditional sliding telescopic forks, our solution is specifically engineered to handle a wide variety of pallet types, including those with fully closed perimeters (such as American pallets) and open perimeter designs (like Euro pallets). This versatility eliminates the typical constraints seen in conventional fork systems and allows seamless operation across mixed pallet formats. The system also integrates a very narrow aisle trilateral fork carriage for even higher storage density, allowing for efficient operation within extremely compact layouts. What makes this installation particularly innovative is the collaborative workflow between the automated stacker crane and warehouse personnel on foot. It is a man-to-goods picking concept, carefully designed to be highly efficient. During designated hours, the crane autonomously reshuffles pallets and places them in ready-to-pick positions, significantly reducing walking distances, minimizing idle time, and improving ergonomics for warehouse staff. This approach leverages automation not to replace human activity, but to optimize it—allowing operators to focus on picking rather than searching or waiting. The configuration is fully adaptable: some aisles can be dedicated exclusively to manual operations, while others are managed entirely by the automated system. This allows warehouses to adjust in real-time to changing workloads and peak activity periods. While this installation showcases a highly efficient man-to-goods hybrid model, at HUBMASTER® we also offer fully automated goods-to-man solutions, where pallets are brought directly to picking stations via our stacker cranes and conveyor systems. This flexibility demonstrates the real-world versatility and smart integration capabilities of the HUBMASTER® system. This installation exemplifies HUBMASTER®’s commitment to delivering intelligent, adaptable, and efficient intralogistics solutions. Whether through hybrid man-to-goods models or fully automated goods-to-man systems, our technology is designed to optimize warehouse operations while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and flexibility.
