"Pura Vida" - Costa Rica Travel Video

"Pura Vida" can be heard everywhere, all of the time in Costa Rica. It translates directly to 'pure life', and encapsulates the 'all good' lifestyle shared by all Costa Ricans. During our 6 weeks in one of the world's happiest countries we found this to be absolutely true! Costa Rica, the 6th country on our year-long journey was as happy and amazing as it's made out to be. It has so much to offer and that's probably why we spent so much time here. Costa Rica is unique in that you can find 4% of the entire world's animal population here. Wildlife is very abundant and we regularly saw monkeys, sloths, giant insects, etc. The country also has pristine beaches on it's Pacific and Caribbean coasts, which we were fortunate enough to spend time on both. With so much to offer we left with much still to explore and will definitely return!
