It took me quite a while, but it's finally here! Phew...this is the most intense video I've ever done, lol. I've always loved this song, so I reaaaally wanted to cover it, and I was like: "meh, might as well make the video while I'm at it" OH BOY, was it a challenge. Also ‪@Black_Leprosy‬ and a couple others did request for me to do some ‪@signsoftheswarmband‬ /IA stuff, so, here ya go xD! ☣ Instrumentals: Signs Of The Swarm ☣ Mix/Master: UX ☣ All Vocals: UX ☣ Lyric Video & Character Animation : UX ☣ Art & Visuals: UX + ⛵ ☣ A/N: This was insane to put together! Tbh, the vocal cover itself was a breeze.The whole visual side of this cover was the REAL NIGHTMARE to get done, and the reason why I took so long to put this out xD. I had some help from Midjourney to come up with some good concepts for an artwork that sorta fit with the original, then I painted and drew on top of that until I had something I was satisfied with. After that was done, I moved onto the video making process itself. I tried my best to make justice to Scott Rudd's awesome visuals in the original Slam Worldwide MV, so I hope y'all like it! Vocal cover-wise, it was fun! I tried to mantain a certain level of accuaracy to the original, while adding some spice to it here and there. I basically jumped around with some influences from CJ and Dickie's performances, and I even added some nods to some other great performances such as ‪@DevinOneBeing‬ aka Worm Shepherd's, ‪@U_W_4‬'s and some extra flavor from my part. I also used some novel and weird vocal techniques I had hidden, such as my "Alien Scream". Overall, I went nuts and I had a blast doing this. Gotta give a shout out to Skilz, Doom and Deepfriedscream! They helped me review and critic some of my vocal mixing, and without them, this would had sounded slightly worse eheh. So, this will be my last cover for a bit. As of now, I'm about to graduate from college! :D So this means I'll have way more free time to focus on youtube and content creation. I'll be working on my actual VTuber model from now on, so I wont be uploading much until I actually do a proper debut stream. Yup! It's happening! But ye, hope y'all enjoyed the video!
