We continue hopping North Along Brittany Coast of France. The northwestern coast of France sees some of the strongest currents and largest tides of the Atlantic and we are navigating from Cameret-sur-mer, past the Brest peninsula and out through a islet-strewn channel towards the remote, off-shore island of Ouessant. Timing is important when making passage in areas with big tides and strong currents and we talk about how we pick the right time to tackle each part of our leg of this trip. The Ile D’Ouessant is a wonderful, rustic landscape with sheep wandering the roadways and paths. We are so happy we made the time to visit this jewel and we hope you enjoy seeing it through our lens!
