Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the olive oil and water. Mix to form a soft dough. Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 6 minutes until smooth and elastic. First Rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour). Shape the Bases: Once risen, divide the dough into balls. Roll or stretch each ball into a pizza base. Pan Cook & Top: Place the base in a moderately hot, dry frying pan. Add your chosen toppings (such as tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, or meats). Gently shake the pan to ensure the base isn’t sticking. Bake the Pizza: Transfer the pan to a preheated oven at 220°C (fan 200°C) and bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Garlic Butter Recipe (Perfect for Pizza or Bread) Ingredients: 200g butter, softened 4 cloves garlic Small bunch of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped Squeeze of lemon juice (optional) Pinch of salt Instructions: Prepare the Garlic: Thinly slice the garlic cloves. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and use the flat side of your knife to mash it into a smooth paste.
