Includify brought together young people from across Europe for a shared experience focused on inclusion, diversity, and empathy. Over ten days in Czechia, participants stepped outside their comfort zones, exchanged perspectives, and reflected on how social barriers and stereotypes affect everyday life. Through dialogue, collaboration, and intercultural exchange, participants deepened their understanding of themselves and others, strengthening skills such as empathy, communication, and openness. Includify became more than a learning project — it was a collective journey toward building communities where everyone feels seen, respected, and included.
