Mia Sylvia is an international textile artist with award winning exhibits who also has a flair for painting and sculpting her fabrics! Mia and her team bring fine art fabric installations to any event worldwide. She reached out to me recently and after scanning her insta I immediately fell in love with her reels of heavenly adorned rooms and outdoor areas so we struck up an instant friendship. Mia has had some issues with her feet and ankles for many years, so was interested in a second opinion. We chatted about her life and work, her body and how it responds to her busy schedule. Then after an assessment of the feet with reflexology and an interesting kinesiology test for oils, we treated the feet to a long Swiss Reflex Therapy. After one and a half hours of treatment, Mia declared her feet felt amazing. Music to my ears.
