Full playthrough of EVO's Space Adventures, released in 2000 for the PlayStation, a port of the much better Space Station Silicon Valley, released for the Nintendo 64 two years earlier. This is possibly, the worst game I have ever played. It's made so much worse when considering the excellent game it is based on. Rarely do I play a game I consider painful, but EVO's Space Adventures is such a frustrating experience, I definitely would have stopped playing if I wasn't recording a playthrough, and I can't say I enjoyed a single second of it. I would say this was just a testament to how much more powerful the N64 was, and while it's true the MIPS architecture of the console made rendering 3D graphics far more efficient, the PlayStation was capable of so much better than this, and the fact the developer, Runecraft cut down the story elements, an area the PlayStation excelled over the N64 due to the much larger storage space of CD's, tells me this was just a lazy cash grab. At the beginning of the playthrough, I fully intended to get all the collectables, but around half way through, I completely gave up on that, just praying for the experience to end. As far as I can tell, unlike the N64 version, there is no reward for doing so in this version, with the secret level of the original being unlocked just for finishing the game.
