Splitgate 2 is a Free-to-Play FPS with portals; made by 1047 Games, and initially had a Beta release on May 22nd, 2025. The game has tremendous positive reception and such a large, supportive fanbase that it was guaranteed a full game official launch set for June 6th, 2025! This is my debut playing the game (recorded this gameplay session initially on June 4th). I test play game modes of Capture and Firecracker (setting a firecracker explosive and having it fully fused, ready to go, before the other team stops you/diffuses it). Team with most fully fused firecrackers by end of a round (max of 3 firecrackers set and fused possible per team, each round) wins the round. A total of 5 rounds are played. This is a very smooth-handling, exciting game!!
