John Adams is a true Cleveland legend, the echo of his drum filling the ballpark for decades. But his seat just beneath the scoreboard at Progressive Field has been empty since 2019 as Adams has been dealing with some health issues. “It’s difficult and a lot of setbacks,” Adams tells 3News in a new interview. “It wasn’t just one. It was a lot. But I can’t quit. That’s when you lose is when you quit.
