In this video EV Conversion CBR250R project, I have completed the rough installation of the batteries and controls for the electric motorcycle conversion and can remove the Battery Box and Frame Structure for painting. Firstly, I will need to remove the controls and cables followed by the batteries from the box so that I can remove the box and frame structure along with the motor. Once the painting of the structure is finished, the components will be reassembled. The freshly painted structure will be fixed back into the bike frame, ensuring that all bolts are properly tensioned and secured for the final assembly.
