His research focuses on the development of early phase clinical trials that offer new cancer treatments for patients. This includes the study of natural killer-based cellular therapies to treat patients with hematologic malignancies. In this video, he explains his approach to patient care and the advantages of being a patient at Moores Cancer Center. Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health is the only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in San Diego. Patient outcomes are better at these special centers.
