Today's messages are from the shadow cards. The shadow cards were created to discuss and understand how shadow shows up in you and/or people around you. An unhealed shadow projects all their insecurities onto others. This energy causes a lot of destruction & chaos in people, places, things, and situations. UNDERSTAND THIS Everyone operates in shadow until you heal it by integrating light with shadow, your inner psyche, the conscious and unconscious mind and heart are connected. These are the most two high frequencies in the body, and they are doorways for people who have attachments to come into your life with one intent to destroy life. Why do you think there is so much chaos in the world. When your shadow has faced a lot of trauma, pain, and disappointments. It becomes distorted, and your discernment is working against you and not for you. You go through life putting up with toxic relationships, family, friends, etc. "People pleasing" and you'll call it fate. This is an unhealthy way to live, and a snake will bite you. The health of the inner psyche SHADOW -SELF-EGO is three parts of the conscious, unconscious mind, and the heart. This is the CROWN CHAKRA(mind connects to Divine-Father-Source-God of the most high)and HEART CHAKRA(heart connects to the soul-higherself-oversoul-higher beings of light). An imbalance within these two important organs in the body can cause serious consequences to our health and therefore changing the destiny of our lives. The health of the chakras(mind-heart-the inner psyche) influences the health of the body and, in turn, is influenced by our diet, lifestyle, finances, and your personna-social mask. The main illnesses known today MENTAL ILLNESS(mind) and CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE(heart). In the brain we have what is called neuroplasticity, this is where we hold old and new information affected by trauma, stroke, pain, sorrow, and disappointments. However, this is where we can reprogram the mind, and why affirmations work and healing the heart. Positive thinking changes reality. What we focus on for 17 seconds becomes reality. THE LAW OF ATTRACTION, So keep it under 10 seconds and shift your thinking. Get out in nature(Gaia-Divine Mother Earth-also known as the Aeon-Sophia a light being higher than angels), to help you focus. This is shifting ENERGY that is your power. Your EMOTIONS are ENERGY in MOTION. Use them as a TOOL, not as WEAPONS causing CHAOS in the world. Most importantly, depletion of life.
