I wanna see :) 💌 Business Email: contact.minarome@gmail.com 📷My Instagram:   / mina_rome   ✍Subscribe to my Substack: https://bit.ly/3Gu5UHA 📚My Cookbook https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Mina-Rome/... → order it anywhere there’s books, online or in bookstores _____________________________________________________________ intro 0:00 🌲INGREDIENTS & NOTES🌲 #1 Five Minute Biscoff Mousse 0:26 200g Biscoff, creamy (3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp) 2 tbsp vegan butter, measured cold generous pinch of salt 400g Silken tofu (14oz) topping ideas: Soy whip creme vega oreos, biscoff cookies additional melted biscoff melted chocolate → 4-5 small jars #2 Chai Latte Cake 1:35 batter: 85g (6 tbsp) vegan butter 240ml (1 cup) non dairy milk 1 tbsp vinegar a few drops vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla extract 140g sugar (⅔ cup plus 1 1/2 tsp) 250g flour (2 cups plus 1 tbsp) 2 ½ tsp baking powder ⅓ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt a little oil, butter to grease your 24cm spring form pan (9 ½ inch) 2 tea bags spiced chai 1 tbsp sugar 150ml non dairy milk (⅔ cup) → bring tea up to a quick boil, allow to simmer for a few min, then let sit for about 10 min, by the time the tea has steeped it should have reduced to about 125ml (½ cup) for the topping: 150g cashews (1 cup) 2 tbsp vegan butter, room temp 2-3 tbsp maple or agave syrup a few drops vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt 80ml (⅓ cup) coconut milk also 1 handful optional cookies for the top! #3 Cinnamon Roll Bites 4:30 dough: 250g flour (2 cups plus 1 tbsp) ½ tsp salt ⅓ tsp cinnamon pinch of nutmeg 113g COLD vegan butter (½ cup) 125ml non dairy milk (½ cup) , added in 2-3 stages 1-2 tsp vegan butter to grease your 23cm (9 inch) pie dish for the coating: cinnamon sugar (~5 tbsp sugar plus 1 tsp cinnamon) 125ml plantbased cream or coconut milk (½ cup) serve with: fresh or frozen berries, sesame seeds, a little glaze made with ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar and 1 tbsp oat cream → yields 10-12 biscuits ! If you're planning on using the food processor it's going to be pretty much the same method as making pie dough. add the dry ingredients to the blender, then add the butter cubes and pulse for a few seconds until you have those flakes. Check out my Twin Peaks video for a more detailed explanation on how to make pie dough!    • I recreate the Food from Twin Peaks. (cher...   #4 Vegan Bougatsa 7:04 for the filling: 750ml non dairy milk (3 cups) 125ml vegan cream (½ cup) 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch plus 60ml water (¼ cup) ¼ tsp salt 140g sugar (⅔ cup plus 1 1/2 tsp) 120g fine semolina (4,2 oz or ⅔ cup plus 1 tbsp) a few drops vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 packet vanilla sugar 50g vegan butter, cold (4 tbsp) 450g filo / yufka dough (15,8 oz) → ideally rectangular sheets for brushing the dough: 220g vegan butter, melted(7.7oz or 2 sticks of butter) a spray bottle filled with about ½ cup water (120ml) → you won’t need all the water, just enough sprays so the layers of dough aren’t super dry, how much water you need depends on the dryness of your dough, so just feel it out! a sprinkling of powdered sugar + cinnamon for the top (added when serving) definitely watch this video here for a better folding technique:    • I prepare this delicious Greek dessert  3 ...   ! fold the bougatsa atop of parchment paper + baking sheet to avoid further mishaps haha ! #5 BEST Vegan Tiramisu 10:40 for the dough: 250 flour (2 cups) 150g sugar (¾ cup) ⅓ tsp salt 3 tsp baking powder 1 cup (240ml) sparkling water 85g vegan butter, melted (80ml or ⅓ cup) a few drops vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla extract for the coffee soak: 240ml strong instant coffee (1 cup) 80ml coffee liquor (⅓ cup) (optional) 1 splash vodka (optional) for the cream: 300g vegan cream cheese, at room temp! (10.58 oz) 100g powdered sugar (¾ cup plus 1 tbsp) a few drops vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla extract 250ml vegan cream, whippable (1 cup, measured in liquid form) 2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa ! my tiramisu dish has the following measurements: 25cm x 18cm ! my baking sheet has the following measurements: 25cm x 36cm (measured inside) ! not sure it comes across in the video, but definitely poke the sheets of dough before adding them to the casserole! adapted from: https://veggie-einhorn.de/veganes-tir...
