St. James Police Kill 3 In Coral Gardens Operation | SSP Eron Samuels Details Armed Robbery Shootout

Three men were fatally shot during a police operation in Coral Gardens, St. James, following an armed robbery investigation on Thursday, February 26. According to Aaron Summers, Senior Superintendent of Police and Commanding Officer for the St. James Division, officers were responding to reports of a robbery in the Ayneshore area, where two victims were allegedly held at gunpoint by men traveling in a Toyota Voxy motor vehicle. Police say investigators tracked one of the stolen cell phones to a location in Coral Gardens. After securing a warrant, operational teams conducted a targeted raid. Officers reportedly came under heavy gunfire upon entering the premises and returned fire. Three men were found with gunshot wounds and later pronounced dead at hospital. Authorities confirmed the seizure of: Two illegal pistols Police vests and security-related paraphernalia The Toyota Voxy motor vehicle believed to be linked to the robbery Police believe other suspects may still be at large, and operations are continuing across St. James.
