Vlogmas continues 🤎 and this episode is real life on the road. I’m cooking chili in my semi using simple ingredients, spending only $10 total, and stretching it into 4 days of meals. This took about an hour to mix and simmer, and honestly … it challenged me. I’ve never been a leftovers person, but being OTR has humbled me tremendously. This season has taught me stewardship, discipline, and gratitude in ways I didn’t expect. Sometimes growth looks like learning how to make what you have last. This video is short, but the lesson is big: God cares about how we steward what He provides — even our meals. This diary is for anyone learning how to save money, get protein, and honor God in the small, everyday choices…especially in seasons that stretch you. Welcome if you’re new, and welcome back if you’re not. This is Alexis Kay Diaries 🤎 — a documentary of faith, stewardship, and becoming the woman God called me to be while living life on the road. Happy Vlogmas 🎄 We’re hauling forward with Christ. 📖 SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much. -Luke 16:10 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 ✨ IN THIS VIDEO • $10 Chili on the Road • Cooking in My Semi • High-Protein Budget Meals • Stretching Food for 4 Days • Learning Stewardship OTR • Overcoming the Leftover Mentality • Faith in Everyday Choices • Meals on Wheels (OTR Edition) 🔔 Don’t forget to Like, Comment & Subscribe Your engagement helps this diary go further, just like the miles behind me.
