Mastered by Emre Malikler in İstanbul. Inspired by Gandhi’s account in The Story of My Experiments with Truth, this track reflects a formative moment in his philosophy of nonviolent resistance. In 1893, during a train journey in South Africa, Gandhi was repeatedly ordered to change seats and ultimately assaulted by the conductor. His refusal to retaliate, and the eventual intervention of fellow passengers, marked the beginning of his understanding of passive resistance.
