As the greatest Polish composer, Chopin’s 3 piano works were carefully chosen and featured in the award-winning movie THE PIANIST, based on the amazing true story of Wladyslaw Szpilman. At the start of the movie, Szpilman plays Chopin Nocturne in c# minor, only to be interrupted by street bombings which set off the beginning of the Holocaust.
