Will Lori Daybell fully open the door to previous murder convictions in final trial? | On The Record

FOX10 Investigator Justin Lum and Executive Producer George Obi break down an intense day in court after Lori Daybell was booted by the judge for a brief 15 minutes. The convicted killer returned for the rest of trial but was given a final warning. On June 5, Daybell told the jury in her opening statement that she is a loving person, with no malice towards anyone. Prosecutors argued that if Daybell continues to go down that road, they will bring in character evidence to let the jury know she’s been convicted in four murders – her fourth husband Charles Vallow, two of her children, and her current husband’s first wife Tammy Daybell. Daybell demanded a hearing regarding character evidence, but Judge Justin Beresky took control of his courtroom. “You have been nothing near courteous to me during the course of these proceedings," the judge said.
