Roasted pork neck – juicy, aromatic and mouth-watering, serve it as a main course with vegetable side dish, mashed potato or pasta and as a cold appetizer. Roasted this way, pork will make your sandwiches even tastier. ❤️ If you like the recipe and want to say thanks, you can buy us a coffee - http://buymeacoffee.com/alwaysyummy ✅ Ingredients: • pork neck – 4 lb | 1800 g • garlic – 5 cloves • horseradish – 1 tbsp • wholegrain mustard – 3 tbsp • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp • soy sauce – 2 tbsp • nutmeg – ½ tsp • sweet paprika – 1 tsp • ground red chili pepper – 1 tsp • ground black pepper – ½ tsp • salt – 2,5 tsp 📙Preparation: 1. Dry the meat with a paper towel, place into container, add the salt, red pepper, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, minced garlic, horseradish, mustard, vegetable oil and soy sauce, rub the meat with the spices and put into a fridge for 8-10 hours to marinate. 2. Place the meat into a roasting bag, tie it tightly and wrap the bag in two layers of food foil. 3. Preheat oven to 375°F | 190°C and roast the meat for 1 h 40 min at the same temperature. 4. Take the meat out, cut the foil and bag carefully and open the upper part of meat, switch the oven at a grill mode and roast the meat for another 10-15 minutes at 340°F | 170°C until golden crust. 5. Take the meat out, cover with a foil and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. 6. Serve the roasted pork hot as a main dish or cold as an appetizer or in sandwiches. ❗️Advices: 1. A temperature of ready meat is 160°F | 71°C. 2. It is possible to roast a pork leg the same way. 3. The juice come out while roasting can be used as a sauce.
