US President Donald Trump said that Mexican President’s decision to cancel his planned trip to the US next week was mutually agreed upon, adding that such a meeting would be “fruitless unless Mexico is going to treat America fairly”. Speaking at a press conference in Philadelphia, Trump also assured the American citizens that they would not have to pay for the wall. Trump said his administration is working on a tax reform bill that will reduce trade deficits, increase American exports and will generate revenue from Mexico that will pay for the wall if the US decides to go that route. Meanwhile the Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said that he “regrets and disapproves” the push by US President Donald Trump to build a new wall along the US-Mexico border.
