In this video we are discussing about, Pagination in Boomi Pagination in Boomi is a feature that allows large sets of data to be retrieved in smaller chunks or pages instead of all at once. This is important because many systems, like Salesforce, have limits on the number of records returned in a single query. By enabling pagination in the connector operation, Boomi automatically fetches data in batches (for example, 200 or 500 records per page) until all records are retrieved. Each page is processed as a separate document in the Boomi process, which helps avoid API limits and improves performance. Note : In the above mentioned example, we used the Equal operator in the last Decision shape to check if the current record is the last record from the source application and stop the loop. However, this approach only works if the record exactly matches the last one. If there’s any unexpected scenario—like duplicate records or an extra record—the loop might not stop correctly. By using the Greater Than or Equal operator, we ensure that as soon as the current record reaches or exceeds the last record value, the loop will stop. This makes the process more robust and prevents infinite loops or unnecessary iterations.
