Tonight we take a wander around Battambang and head to our 'go to' restaurant in town - The White Rose. I first went went here back in 2015 and remember sitting outside watching the world go by with a couple of cold beers. The White Rose in Battambang appears to have been done up since then, but the food remains uniquely Khmer and has a very local style to it.
