In episode 4 we visit ‪@dunmurrygolfclub2371‬ which is just around the corner from ‪@malonegolfclub_1895‬ in the south-west of Belfast. This par 70 golf course tips out around 6,000 yards and although it measure quite short, it certainly doesn't play that way. You can expect to hit a good few irons off tees but you'll be hitting plenty of long irons and woods into these small greens. Our luck continued on this trip as a good friend of ours Thomas Gracey joined us for our round and Thomas is actually a member of Dunmurry so it was a homecoming of sorts for him, as this is where he learnt to play golf, before becoming a PGA Professional. Darren Crowe a local legend filled out the fourball and kept us on the straight and narrow whilst having fun throughout. ‪@tourismni‬‪@DiscoverNI‬ arranged a distillery tour for us at ‪@mcconnellsirishwhisky‬ in Belfast city, as a big whiskey fan I thought this was great fun and we learnt a lot, and of course tried out the product! Tee Time, Season 4 is here and this year The Bogey Men ventured up to Belfast for 5 days of golf. With The Open Championship coming to Royal Portrush in 2025, Belfast is a great place to base yourself if you want to play some golf as you watch the best in the world compete for the Claret Jug. Belfast is just 50 minutes on the train from Royal Portrush and 50 minute drive from Royal County Down, and with loads of great courses in the area, Belfast is hard to beat as a golf destination. In season 4, Michael and Jonny visit Malone Golf Club, Clandeboye, Royal County Down for the Amgen Irish Open Media Day, Dunmurry and Templepatrick on the Kingfisher Estate.
