He is best known for his book, Scrum and XP from the Trenches, as well as his YouTube channel, where his video explaining the Spotify Model has over 750K views. At the Product Owner Summit, Henrik discussed his Agile journey and his top three anti-patterns he has seen in the Product Owner role. His first tip was to look at the problem from a principle level, instead of just a literal interpretation of the PO role. His second tip was to create mini-PO roles for small tasks, and his third tip was to give the team problems to solve, instead of solutions. Henrik also discussed the key expectations of the PO role in the Spotify Model, such as being a visionary and translating the vision to the squad.
