Introducing the already live guide series! As well as part 1 of the Applegate mini-build to practice what we've learned in cities skylines. The guides cover the topics of: Road Hierarchy - How to lay out road networks. Residential - A few basics about the different types of residential. Industry - How the order of industry works. Commercial - Which commercial zones service who, so you know where to place them. Public Transportation - What modes are meant for what, including niche transport options. Tourism - How to manage this beast. As for the city of Applegate, the name and map was decided by the community! The Itinerary: Part 1 will see us laying the initial neighborhoods as well as placing down some generic industry and city services. Part 2 will have us building out some agricultural industry as well as our fishing industry and managing their imports and exports. In Part 3 we will be building out some mining and forestry industries to help round out our import views and help us break through to the next milestones. Part 4 will be covering our Campus DLC as well as some high density locations. Finally, Part 5 will finish our city with a large high density area with a tourism focus. Thank you for reading!
