SUBBIE SUPPER Submitted by Jessica CHEX CHICKEN 1/2 cup melted butter 1/3 cup AP flour 1 tsp seasoned salt 1/8 tsp pepper 3 chicken breast halved 3 cups corn chex cereal crushed 1 can cream of mushroom 1/2 cup sour cream 1/8 teaspoon thyme (we go a little heavier than this) Combine butter, flour, seasoned salt, And pepper. Dip chicken in butter mixture and then coat in crushed chex. Place coated chicken on baking sheet lined with parchment and then in fridge to allow butter mixture to solidify and stick cereal to chicken. Bake chicken at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees internally. While chicken bakes, mix cream of mushroom, sour cream, and ground thyme in a medium sauce pan and let simmer.
