Getting ready for the Super Bowl this upcoming Sunday? I am, and I am getting ready by creating a dish my family and friends are going to love as we watch the Big Game. Today I am cooking Cajun Andouille Sausage and Grilled Chicken Jambalaya. The perfect flavor mix of great seasoning, vegetables, rice and that rich Andouille Sausage all mixed into one. To bring out more of a charcoal flavor, I am adding seared chicken.
