Treat Williams, December 1, 1951 - June 12, 2023 This month we lost a true aviation enthusiast, Treat Williams. His passion for flying ran deep, having flown for over 50 years with more than 10,000 hours in a cockpit. Throughout his tremendous acting career, Williams always stayed committed to advancing his flying ratings. In 2011 he was inducted into the Living Legends of Aviation. Williams understood the importance of our WWII aviation battlefield, and supported the Museum's mission to steward these hallowed grounds and share the stories of the brave men and women who served. Williams will be missed by many.
