Greetings Fireflies ! Thank you so much for joining me today, I hope you'll enjoy the music and the sound of the flute. Today I'm playing a set of gavottes, a very popular dance in Brittany, made of three parts : Ton Simpl, Bal & Ton Doubl. I composed the first two tunes if the Ton Simpl and the last tune of the Ton Simpl and the Bal melody are from Jean-Michel Veillon's live recording Beo! with Yvon Riou. I learnt the tunes of the Ton Doubl from many sources, mostly while dancing at festou-noz.
