We commonly do breast enlargement with areola reduction, and most Mastopexy procedures also contain a form of areola reduction as the areola and nipple is moved up the breast. Alternatively you could have a facelift or a tummy tuck with it, venturing away from the breast area. Basically you are not pinned into a position where a combination is tricky or out of the question. The only thing we say is we want to keep the whole operation shorter than 4 hours, as after 4 hours under general anaesthetic is when you can run into complications.
