One dish that is must on our holiday table is this sweet potato casserole. If it's not then it's just not a holiday meal. My family would be so upset with me, especially Ms. Stephanie. Ingredients: 4 cups fresh baked sweet potatoes, 5-6 medium potatoes 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 stick softened butter Mix well with hand mixer. Pour into casserole dish. Topping: 1/2 cup flour, self-rising 1 cup brown sugar, packed 2/3 stick butter, melted 1 cup pecans, chopped Stir together mixing well.
