Ingredients For the Hot Honey: honey hot sauce For the Feta Dip: 8oz (230g) feta cheese 6 oz (170g) Greek yogurt or sour cream 1 garlic clove, grated 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil Toppings: dried figs roasted salted pistachios, chopped olives olive oil Instructions Place the figs into a bowl and pour some boiling water over them (enough to cover them). Add all of the feta dip ingredients to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and pulse until smooth. Transfer the dip to a serving plate and using the back of a spoon to create a swirl. Make the Hot Honey: Add some honey to a bowl and add a splash of hot sauce. Whisk together and taste. Add more hot sauce if desired. Garnish the feta dip with sliced figs, pistachios, olives, a drizzle of olive oil and some of the hot honey. Serve the dip with toasted pita bread and veggies for dipping. Kali Orexi!
