NOTE: MOFPI has extended the date from 28th March to 11th April 2025 ✅ Fee and Performance Security Under MOFPI Subsidy Scheme Entities applying for financial assistance under the MOFPI Subsidy Scheme must comply with the following fee and security deposit requirements: ________________________________________ 1️. Application Fee (Non-Refundable) • General Applicants: ₹20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) • SC/ST Applicants: ₹15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) • Payment Mode: Demand Draft (DD) in favor of: "Pay and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, New Delhi" 💡 Note: The application fee is non-refundable, irrespective of approval status. ________________________________________ 2️. Performance Security (Refundable) • Successful applicants selected for financial assistance must submit a Bank Guarantee as performance security. • Amount: 5% of the eligible subsidy amount. • Validity: The bank guarantee must be valid for 30 months from the date of approval. • Submission Deadline: Within 30 days of receiving the approval letter from the Ministry. ________________________________________ 3️. Forfeiture of Performance Security The Ministry reserves the right to forfeit the bank guarantee in the following cases: 1️. False Information: If the applicant provides incorrect or misleading details in the application. 2️. Non-Compliance: If the applicant does not comply with scheme guidelines and approval terms. 3️. Project Cancellation or Withdrawal: If the applicant withdraws or cancels the project after receiving approval. 4️.
