Sinjini Sengupta is a storytelling and leadership transformation specialist who blends analytical insight with creative communication. An alumnus of the Indian Statistical Institute and a former actuarial leader, she transitioned from numbers to narratives to help leaders communicate with authenticity and impact. She is the Founder of Lighthouse, an organisation focused on Leadership Transformation, Business Storytelling, Diversity & Inclusion, and Personal Growth. Lighthouse has been incubated at IIM Bangalore and ISB through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Ambassadors Program. Sinjini teaches Business and Leadership Storytelling at institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, ISB, and IIT. An award-winning author, her book Elixir was adapted into a short film screened at the Cannes Film Festival.
