This nest exploded into a crazy tornado of attacking hornets as soon as we approached it with our vacuum extraction gear. We’ll show you the entire removal process from the initial collection of adult flying wasps to the containment of the brood comb, and how we flash freeze the live wasps in the field, using dry ice, to preserve their venom for Venom Immunotherapy (VIT).
